Bonta says Trump is 'spitting in the face of our democracy' as federal funds remain frozen
California Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta joined a coalition of more than 20 states Friday in asking a federal court to once again intercede and force the Trump administration to unfreeze billions of dollars in federal funding.
