Castle opens busy weekend with Rising Stars MVP
Stephon Castle won the Rising Stars MVP trophy Friday night as his Team C beat the competition to earn a spot in Sunday's All-Star Game. In between, the Spurs rookie will compete in the slam dunk contest.
